Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time:

All orders placed with Abecca Grace ship within 1-4 business days. This varies during our holiday and busy seasons. All orders are processed and shipped in the order we receive them. In most cases orders placed by 3pm CST are processed by next day.  Orders are not shipped or processed on weekends or holidays. All orders ship from our warehouse located in Breckenridge, Texas.

We are not liable for lost, stolen or damaged packages by the carrier. Once orders leave our warehouse with the carrier, we are no longer liable for delays in the shipment. For questions regarding shipping times once it has left our warehouse, you will need to contact the carrier. At checkout, all orders show estimated shipping times given by the carrier based on your location in relation to our warehouse. You do have the ability to choose an upgraded shipping option and the times listed next to those options at checkout are estimated times and not a guarantee.  Next Day Air is the only option that is a guarantee through the carrier. That being said, we are happy to help guide you in tracking down your package by directing you to the carrier, whose drivers' GPS coordinates travel with your package. If necessary, we'll help start a claim for the items in your order.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed.  Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.  If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Orders cannot be cancelled once they are placed. We pick and package orders promptly to ensure you receive them in a timely manner, so cancellations are not possible. Please see our return policy to see if your order is eligible for return.
